Richmond - Terra Nova - Rural Park

Come Walk With Us in this peaceful northwest corner of Richmond. Starting from the Thompson Community Center we walk through residential neighbourhoods and trails passing through lush green marshlands. Upon reaching the dyke, we view the Strait of Georgia, the North Shore mountains and distant Gulf Islands peaks. Keep a lookout for the many herons, eagles and sometimes snow geese that frequent this area.

Immediately following the walk, join some of your fellow walkers for lunch at O'Hares Pub, 5031 Steveston Highway in Richmond.
